Indie horror films for the win! I'd much rather be in attendance there than visiting with the wife's parents in Wisconsin. Can you use your powers of persuasion and talk the wife into letting me jam on over to Philadelphia?

Herman, maybe we can combine our powers of persuasion by convincing the wife that you two can visit her parents anytime, but many of the films playing at Terror Film Festival in Philadelphia may not be available again, making the event a once in a lifetime opportunity.

If that doesn't work, tell her that a film from Wisconsin filmmakers may be playing in Philadelphia (I'd suggest contacting the people at Terror Film Festival to verify the origins of films in their screening schedule) so it would be like you are still visiting Wisconsin....just doing it via Philadelphia!
