Short Film Fundraiser Screening

Madlab Entertainment will be hosting a Short Film Screening in Philadelphia later this month. This event will help to raise funds for the Anti-Piracy Campaign and distribution of a new documentary. Films showing include "Timmy Beware of the Woods", "Gallows Hallow" and "A Joker's Card". I am working on getting the short film, "Adia" into the lineup for the Philadelphia screening.

The Screening will be held on Saturday, August 25, 2007 at 2:00 pm

Happy 4th of July!

It's Independence day, and the weather is acting up. There will be a fundraiser held soon for Madlab Entertainment. There are a few more videos in development following the latest "TW Babies on Sale". One of my website hosting companies offersa contact list where one can send out email blasts. That makes it easier to maintain an email or subscriber list without having to pay monthly fees (which are charged by many email marketing companies to store subcribers). Trying to keep up with an email list manually is not always fun. Therefore, this looks promising.

Lighten Up finds a home at IFC's Media Lab

After testing the waters on various online video destinations, Lighten Up has officially found a home at the IFC channel's Media Lab. Initially, the one minute short movie attracted a small amount of views. Currently, Lighten Up has been seen by over 600 audience members. It also has a rating of 3½ stars out of 5.

With the IFC Free Film Fest coming to Philadelphia and a few other cities for their summer movie screening tour, it will be a pleasant surprise if Lighten Up is screened before the public in the city where this production took place.
